Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with sales partners, including travel agencies, hotels, and golf clubs.
- Coordinate marketing activities and events with various stakeholders to promote luxury travel products.
- Support sales managers with promotions, corrections, and product information coordination.
- Create and manage group offers and bookings to meet customer needs.
- Assist with product information coordination and production monitoring to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Maintain activity lists and regional budgets to optimize sales performance.
- Handle sales manager reports and expedient bookings to ensure timely customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in tourism management or a related field.
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the luxury travel industry.
- Knowledge of marketing and sales promotion techniques to drive business growth.
- Strong organizational and communication skills to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
- Team player with a passion for luxury products and a customer-centric approach.
- Fluency in English and proficiency in MS Office to manage administrative tasks.
