About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to join ADM as a Climate Smart Business Development Coordinator, where you will play a key role in driving the company's sustainability and origination efforts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement business development strategies to promote climate smart solutions and regenerative agriculture programs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify customer needs and develop tailored solutions.
  • Manage the climate smart solutions product portfolio and ensure delivery on key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Partner with business development, marketing, and sales teams to promote climate smart solutions and regenerative agriculture programs.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify commercial opportunities and develop business plans.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers and stakeholders to ensure their needs are met.
  • Assist in educating and training sales colleagues and the broader organization on climate smart solutions and regenerative agriculture programs.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field with a minimum of 6-8 years' experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
  • Strong passion for sustainability and regenerative agriculture.
  • Professional demeanor with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer-centric with a proven ability to cultivate and maintain positive working relationships with people at all levels.
  • Background and experience in complex project management and commercial experience within the food, fuel, feed, and/or industrial industry.
  • Ability to travel up to 20%.
