Key Responsibilities- Engage in business analysis and requirement management with a focus on data-driven methodologies.
- Oversee Management Information Systems (MIS) utilizing platforms such as Microsoft, SAP, or Oracle.
- Develop comprehensive reports and analyses, ensuring quality assurance throughout the process.
- Manage stakeholder relationships, facilitating effective communication with clients and internal teams.
- Design test plans and execute acceptance testing to validate project outcomes.
- A degree in a business or technical discipline (e.g., Technical Business Administration, Computer Science, IT Support Specialist, etc.).
- Proficient knowledge in Business Intelligence and data management practices.
- Strong command of MS Office, particularly Excel and Access.
- IT-savvy, with experience in tools such as VBA, Power BI, Power Apps, and query software like AFO being advantageous.
- A collaborative team player with a customer-focused approach.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a structured work methodology.
- Fluent in German, with a minimum proficiency level of B2.
