Commercial Account Executive

At Talkdesk, we're on a mission to redefine the customer experience and make the impossible possible for companies globally. As a Commercial Account Executive, you'll play a critical role in driving sales within the mid-market segment, targeting companies with 350 employees or below.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify and pursue net new accounts, leveraging your expertise to drive sales and revenue growth.
- Develop and execute a sales strategy that aligns with Talkdesk's Go-to-Market plan, ensuring accurate forecasting and planning.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, partners, and channel partners to drive sales and growth.
- Manage complex sales cycles, including pipeline generation, proposal development, and negotiation.
- Upsell new products to existing customers, driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
- Results-driven individuals with a proven track record of success in software sales, particularly in the SMB and commercial segments.
- Excellent pipeline generation skills, with experience in BDR/SDR roles.
- Ability to close 5-figure multi-year contracts and sell to C-suite, senior management, and director-level individuals.
- Champion builders and trusted advisors who can command attention in a room with compelling presentations.
- Enthusiastic learners who thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
Primarily office-environment work, with extended periods of sitting or standing. Limited lifting and equipment usage limited to computer-related equipment.
