Key Responsibilities- Student Communication: Maintain regular communication with students to ensure timely assistance and information regarding institution policies and procedures.
- Customer Service Excellence: Deliver efficient and effective administrative support, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for students.
- Official Documentation: Issue official letters and documents to students upon request, following established procedures and maintaining confidentiality.
- Visa Support: Assist students with visa-related inquiries and processes, ensuring they have the necessary documentation for their studies.
- Registration Finalization: Guide students through the finalization of their registration, ensuring all necessary paperwork and approvals are completed accurately and on time.
- Policy Guidance: Assist students in understanding and navigating institution policies and procedures, offering guidance and clarification as needed.
- Administrative Duties: Perform various administrative tasks, including data entry, record-keeping, and report generation, as directed by the manager.
- Improving Student Experience: Continuously seek ways to enhance the overall student experience, identifying areas for improvement and proposing solutions to management.
- Experience: Experience in front-line customer service.
- Skills: Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills, proficiency in business correspondence with customers, proficiency in MS Office suite, fluency in written and spoken English.
- Preferred Qualifications: Proven track record in the areas of student services, customer service, customer satisfaction, administration, higher educational management, and continuing education.
