Wir suchen eine Persönlichkeit, die als erste Ansprechpartnerin für Studierende, Interessierte, Dozierende und externe Gäste fungiert und den Campus-Alltag im Bereich Student Affairs aktiv gestaltet. Die Aufgaben umfassen themenübergreifende Beratung, die Organisation eines reibungslosen Informationsflusses und die Entwicklung neuer Serviceformate.

Aufgaben und Verantwortungen
  • Erste Ansprechpartnerin vor Ort, am Telefon und digital
  • 1st-Level-Support in allen studienorganisatorischen Fragen
  • Themenübergreifende Aufgaben im Student Affairs Bereich
  • Organisation des Informationsflusses und fachgerechte Umsetzung von Serviceprozessen
  • Entwicklung innovativer Serviceformate
  • Campus-Organisation, inklusive Bewirtung von Gästen, Büromaterialverwaltung und Kassenführung
Voraussetzungen
  • Freundliche, proaktive und kommunikationsstarke Persönlichkeit
  • Idealerweise Erfahrung im Hotel- oder Servicebereich
  • Versierte Beratungspersönlichkeit an der Schnittstelle von Studierenden, Teilnehmenden, Hochschule, Medienwirtschaft, Industrie und Dienstleistungen
  • Serviceorientierte, strukturierte und selbstorganisierte Arbeitsweise
  • Hohe Organisations- und Sozialkompetenz sowie sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse
  • Ausbildung im Dienstleistungsbereich, kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
