About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our Student Hub team as a Student Hub Advisor. In this role, you will provide excellent and effective service to students, responding to a wide variety of enquiries via different systems and in person.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and accurate support to students, addressing their queries and concerns
  • Organize student events and support student clubs to increase student engagement and sense of belonging
  • Identify students who are at risk of dropping out and offer appropriate support to address their needs
  • Keep up-to-date information about support services on campus to refer students to relevant resources
  • Oversee and support the peer mentor program, including training student mentors
  • Share suggestions for improvements to the campus and learning environment with the responsible department
Requirements
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Strong conflict resolution and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and spoken language skills in German and English
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and effectively in a multicultural setting
  • Excellent service skills and ability to work effectively with students and staff
  • Demonstrated experience in running events and providing support services
