Your Role
In this pivotal position, you will take full ownership of the UK and Irish markets, overseeing all strategic and operational activities related to our Kijimea online platform. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Market Adaptation: Customizing the online shop to align with local market needs through comprehensive market and competitive analysis.
  • Customer Engagement: Acting as the primary contact for our clientele while establishing a dedicated customer service team in the UK.
  • Content Management: Translating all online content into English and crafting targeted newsletters to engage our audience effectively.
  • Qualifications: A completed university degree in economics or a related field, fluency in English at a native level, and a strong command of German (minimum B2).
  • Market Insight: In-depth understanding of the cultural nuances and market dynamics of the UK and Ireland, with e-commerce experience considered advantageous.
