As a prominent player in the probiotics industry, we engage in cutting-edge research focused on innovative therapies that target the gut microbiome, addressing various health concerns such as irritable bowel syndrome, allergies, and obesity.
Your Role
In this pivotal position, you will take full ownership of the UK and Irish markets, overseeing all strategic and operational aspects related to our Kijimea online platform. Your responsibilities will include:
- Customizing the online shop to align with market-specific needs and preferences.
- Conducting thorough market and competitive analyses to drive enhancements in our online offerings.
- Leading initiatives to expand our product range within the UK and Ireland.
- Acting as the primary contact for our customers and facilitating the establishment of a dedicated customer service team in the UK.
- Translating all shop content into English and crafting targeted newsletters for our audience.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A university degree in economics or a related field.
- Fluency in English at a native level, with a strong command of German (minimum B2).
- In-depth knowledge of the cultural and market dynamics in the UK and Ireland, with e-commerce experience being advantageous.
- A proactive attitude and the ability to quickly adapt to new responsibilities.
- A strong entrepreneurial spirit and a sense of accountability for your work.
- The capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment and perform effectively under pressure.
