Your Role
In this pivotal position, you will take full responsibility for the British and Irish markets. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Market Strategy: You will oversee all strategic and operational processes related to our Kijimea online platform, ensuring it meets the specific needs of the UK and Ireland.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market and competitive analyses to tailor our online shop and drive growth in our product offerings.
  • Customer Engagement: Act as the primary contact for our customers, facilitating the establishment of a dedicated customer service team in the UK.
  • Content Management: Translate all shop content into English and create targeted newsletters to engage our audience effectively.
  • Qualifications: A university degree in economics or a related field is essential. Proficiency in English at a native level and a strong command of German (minimum B2) is required.
  • Market Knowledge: You should possess in-depth knowledge of the British and Irish markets, with e-commerce experience being advantageous.
  • Personal Attributes: We seek a candidate with a strong drive, entrepreneurial spirit, and the ability to adapt quickly to new responsibilities.
