Your Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and cultivate our global Brand Management and Innovation team, both strategically and operationally.
  • Steer the strategic evolution of the brand portfolio on both domestic and international fronts.
  • Formulate and execute business plans, media strategies, and communication initiatives on a national and global scale.
  • Oversee, manage, and report on marketing campaigns and media strategies with your team, while creating engaging content to boost brand visibility and interaction.
  • Guide cross-functional teams in developing new product ideas and supervise product development within the OTC sector.
  • Analyze market trends and competitive landscape, conducting performance assessments and potential evaluations.
  • Collaborate with our M&A team on acquisition initiatives and effectively integrate acquired brands and assets into our operations.
Your Qualifications
  • Possess a degree in business administration or a related discipline.
  • Have substantial experience in marketing or at a prestigious consulting firm with a focus on Marketing/Consumer/FMCG.
  • Exhibit leadership capabilities, the ability to maintain focus in challenging circumstances, and the talent to devise innovative solutions.
  • Demonstrate excellent project management abilities, strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, and the capacity to act proactively and independently.
  • Effectively communicate complex issues and proposals in both German and English. Proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.
