Your Role
  • Lead strategic and operational processes for the UK and Ireland markets, overseeing the company's online presence.
  • Customize the online platform for the British and Irish markets by analyzing trends and enhancing the user experience.
  • Establish a customer service team for the UK market and handle customer inquiries.
  • Translate website content and create targeted marketing materials for the audience.
Requirements
  • University degree in business administration or related field.
  • Fluency in English and at least B2 level German.
  • Understanding of British and Irish market dynamics, business development experience a plus.
  • Strong initiative and quick adaptability to new tasks.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and sense of responsibility.
  • Comfortable in a dynamic environment and able to perform under pressure.
  • Excellent communication skills for customer interactions.
