Your Responsibilities- You will assume end-to-end responsibility for the British and Irish market, overseeing all strategic and operational processes related to our Kijimea online shop.
- You will tailor the online shop to meet the needs and requirements of the respective markets, conducting market and competition analyses and leading projects to improve our online shop and enable further growth of our product portfolio in the UK and Ireland.
- You will serve as the initial contact person for our customers and help establish a strong British customer service team.
- As an English speaker, you will translate all shop content and design audience-tailored newsletters.
- You have successfully completed a university degree in a relevant field, such as economics or a similar discipline.
- You possess native-level English language skills and an excellent command of German (at least B2 level).
- You have in-depth knowledge of the British and Irish market particularities and culture, with e-commerce experience being a plus.
- You have a strong drive and the ability to quickly familiarize yourself with new areas of responsibility.
- You possess an entrepreneurial spirit and a strong sense of responsibility for your tasks.
- You are comfortable in a dynamic environment and can perform under pressure.
- You are positive and proactive, with excellent language skills that enable you to navigate customer interactions with confidence.
