Your Role
In this pivotal position, you will take full ownership of the UK and Irish markets, overseeing all strategic and operational aspects related to our Kijimea online platform. Your responsibilities will include:
- Market Adaptation: Customizing the online shop to meet the specific needs of the UK and Irish consumers through comprehensive market and competitive analysis.
- Customer Engagement: Acting as the primary contact for our clientele while assisting in the establishment of a dedicated customer service team in the UK.
- Content Management: Translating all online shop content into English and crafting tailored newsletters to engage our audience effectively.
- Qualifications: A completed university degree in economics or a related field, with fluency in English and a solid command of German (minimum B2 level).
- Market Insight: In-depth understanding of the cultural nuances and market dynamics in the UK and Ireland, with e-commerce experience considered an advantage.
