Senior Manager HR Rewards (m/f/d)

Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:

Oversee the development, execution, and management of local compensation benefits and CBE tools, programs, and processes. The objective is to guarantee that our workforce receives competitive and equitable compensation, catering to the diverse needs of employees across all generations, thereby motivating them to join and remain with adidas.

Key Responsibilities:

Compensation Management

  • Gather and analyze local market studies to establish compensation benchmarks for specific roles or groups. Provide insights to HR Business Partners based on findings.
  • Conduct evaluations and provide guidance on job gradings for HR Business Partners.
  • Design and recommend salary structures by region or department.
  • Maintain and update the job classification system.
  • Assist in preparing executive salary proposals.
  • Contribute to and execute global compensation tools, programs, and processes for senior management.
  • Prepare the Short-Term Incentive (STI) target framework, categorize employee groups, and ensure accurate system uploads.
  • Collect and disseminate local performance achievement data.

Benefits

  • Manage relationships with suppliers and ensure the effective operation of benefits plans.
  • Regularly assess local benefits offerings, including contract renewals and competitive tenders.

Cross-Border Employment

  • Handle case management for executive relocations.

Design

  • Define, design, and uphold local compensation, benefits, and CBE policies and guidelines within the global framework.
  • Develop and update policy documents as necessary.
  • Implement and enhance local compensation, benefits, and CBE initiatives.
  • Ensure efficient administration of all programs.

Training, Communication, and Change Management

  • Develop and execute change management strategies for local, strategic, and global compensation, benefits, and CBE initiatives.
  • Provide technical and process-related training to HR teams.
  • Create and deliver tailored communications regarding global, local, and strategic compensation, benefits, and CBE programs.

Compliance

  • Identify, interpret, and implement new local regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure adherence to legal, labor relations, tax, and social security obligations.
  • Interpret and enforce collective agreements and their implications.
  • Determine and carry out relevant local audit actions, ensuring follow-up on action points.

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

  • University degree or equivalent education.
  • A minimum of six years of comprehensive HR experience, particularly in the Rewards domain.
