As the Wholesale Learning Strategist, you will develop engaging learning programs, manage agency relationships, ensure seamless implementation, and foster a vibrant community of engaged market partners across the globe.
Key Accountabilities
- Conceptualize, design, and research innovative learning programs, interventions, events, and partnerships to enhance the knowledge and skills of our global wholesale audience.
- Collaborate with internal business experts across global and local markets to create impactful learning content and programs.
- Actively participate in strategic planning processes and learning needs analysis, engaging in global and market calls to gather insights and champion your proposals.
- Manage external agencies and vendors, ensuring they deliver high-impact learning programs aligned with our objectives.
- Cultivate and manage a thriving global wholesale digital community, overseeing the information calendar and platform to foster knowledge sharing and collaboration.
- Oversee the budget and processes for wholesale learning programs, ensuring efficient resource allocation and execution.
- Partner with internal experts to leverage analytics and digital tools, driving best-in-class implementation and analysis to measure program effectiveness and make data-driven adjustments.
- Manage and oversee the budget implementation process, ensuring transparency and accountability.
- Prepare insightful monthly reports (Power BI) and develop comprehensive insights tools (Excel reports and Power BI dashboards) to track progress and identify trends.
- Through external networking, bench learning, and research, continuously contribute to elevating the Wholesale Sales Academy to become a best-in-class and future-proof learning destination.
- Act as the Product Owner for the One Stop Shop Wholesale Learning Lab, collaborating closely with the agency to ensure seamless functionality, bug fixing, and an exceptional user experience.
