Solution Advisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Solution Advisor to join our Concur team. As a key member of our presales team, you will be responsible for analyzing customer support requirements and designing an appropriate support solution that addresses those needs.
Key Responsibilities- Provide product and business advisory assistance to Concur Travel & Expense projects to facilitate closing sales.
- Deliver product demonstrations for Travel and Expense and other Concur offerings.
- Participate with Sales Executives to identify strategic approach most likely to persuade prospect to buy.
- Support existing Concur customers building up further roll-outs and usage of additional Concur services.
- Build and maintain thorough knowledge of all Concur products, upgrades, upcoming revisions, functionality, etc.
- Interact with sales, marketing, implementation, and external customers.
- Bachelor/Master's degree or equivalent training experience.
- Several years of experience in software presales/solution advisory, consulting, and/or sales.
- Business knowledge: ability to interpret and utilize industry information on competitors.
- Strong presentation skills.
- Knowledge of travel and related technologies.
- Fluent language skills in English and German (mandatory).
- Experience in a field relating to Concur's product lines and/or functional financial pre-sales functions (i.e. online booking tools, ERP financials) is a plus.
