Job Overview:

As a ServiceNow Solutions Architect at 0004 DXC Technology Deutschland GmbH, you will take charge of the scoping, design, development, and implementation phases of client projects, delivering exceptional ServiceNow-based solutions.

Your role will involve assessing new business needs and determining the appropriate technical implementation strategies while adhering to industry best practices. You will collaborate closely with engagement leads, project managers, business analysts, developers, and testers to ensure a seamless transition from design to implementation, all while maintaining high standards of risk management and quality assurance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Spearhead the technical execution of projects utilizing the ServiceNow platform.
  • Develop comprehensive technical solutions at both architectural and design levels.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior architects and both offshore and onshore development teams.
  • Conduct engaging solution demonstrations across the ServiceNow platform.
  • Design and implement technical integrations between ServiceNow and client IT/business services.
  • Assist development teams in resolving intricate technical challenges throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Continuously enhance your knowledge of the ServiceNow platform through certifications, webinars, case studies, training, and community engagement.
  • Foster strong, enduring relationships with clients and team members to bolster DXC's reputation as a trusted advisor.
  • Build collaborative relationships with DXC's global network of ServiceNow professionals.
  • Contribute to the evolution of DXC's ServiceNow product roadmap.
  • Ensure compliance of the project delivery team with DXC's solution architecture standards and frameworks.
  • Engage actively within the broader DXC community, sharing insights across functions and expanding your personal network within the organization.

Qualifications for Success:

  • Demonstrated experience in consulting/professional services and technical project delivery.
  • Proven success in managing complex technology projects on the ServiceNow platform as a Solutions Architect.
  • Certified ServiceNow System Administrator.
  • Certified Implementation Specialist in at least two product suites.
  • ITIL Foundation certification (v3 or v4).
  • Strong proficiency in scripting on the ServiceNow platform using JavaScript, CSS, and Angular JS, including Flows, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions, Widgets, and UI Pages.
  • In-depth knowledge of key technologies relevant to ServiceNow integration solutions, such as Integration Hub, SSO, Web Services, LDAP, JDBC, etc.
  • Experience delivering solutions in complex client environments.
  • Familiarity with common business analysis techniques and methodologies.
  • Experience with both agile and traditional software/project methodologies.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and influence stakeholders effectively.
  • Strong negotiation, influencing, and teamwork skills, adept at managing multiple stakeholders in high-pressure situations.
  • Resilience and determination to overcome challenges to achieve team, project, and client objectives.
  • Passionate about professional development, actively seeking learning opportunities and experiences.
  • Language proficiency: Fluent in both German and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.

You should be prepared to work remotely and travel to client locations for meetings and workshops as necessary.
