Facility Management Procurement Expert

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Category Buyer Facility Management Services to join our team at Bishop GmbH. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for implementing and improving the procurement strategy for facility management services across our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive procurement strategy for facility management services, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Negotiate and manage contracts with suppliers, ensuring the best possible terms and conditions for the company.
- Contribute to the sourcing process, managing tenders and contract negotiations to achieve the best purchasing conditions.
- Drive contract management and monitor supplier performance to ensure compliance with contract terms and conditions.
- Manage day-to-day relationships with suppliers and internal customers, optimizing customer value while minimizing total cost of ownership and risks.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team throughout the tendering, contracting, and contract life cycle phases.
Requirements:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with various audiences, including top management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to facilitate effective communication.
- High level of integrity and analytical skills, with the ability to negotiate complex contracts.
- Willingness to travel, with limited travel within Europe.
Qualifications:
- Industrial Engineer, Business Administration, or Facility Management degree, with a Master's degree preferred.
- Commercial or facility management experience, with 2-5 years of related experience.
- Procurement experience, with 2 years of experience preferred.
IT Skills:
- MS Office skills, with a strong understanding of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- SAP knowledge is a plus.
Language Skills:
- German and English language skills, with a minimum of business fluency.
