Technical Manager After Sales

BASF Stationary Energy Storage GmbH is seeking a skilled Technical Manager After Sales to establish and develop the After-Sales organization for our NAS battery business.
Key Responsibilities- Develop a global network of technical service partners to deliver field maintenance for NAS, including contract management.
- Set-up and coordinate the needed spare parts management as well as the establishment of a service center.
- Handle all aspects of after-sales communication, including complaint management and warranty cases.
- Oversee and manage the execution of Long Term Service Agreements.
- Implement an after-sales management tool for tracking and monitoring.
- Bachelor or Master's degree in Engineering or similar, preferred electrical engineering.
- At least 3 years of experience in the field of After Sales Management.
- Strong technical understanding, experience in the battery industry is a plus.
- Team player with a solution-oriented way of working and customer-oriented mindset.
- Strong English language skills are required, other European languages of advantage.
- Willingness to travel worldwide.
