BASF Stationary Energy Storage GmbH is a leading company in the field of stationary energy storage. We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Manager After Sales to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up and developing the After-Sales organization for our NAS battery business. This will involve developing a global network of technical service partners to deliver field maintenance for NAS, including contract management. You will also set up and coordinate the needed spare parts management as well as establish a service center. As the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, you will handle all aspects of after-sales communication, including complaint management and warranty cases. To ensure efficient execution of projects and maintenance needs, you will implement an after-sales management tool for tracking and monitoring. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor or Master's degree in Engineering or a similar field, with at least 3 years of experience in After Sales Management. Strong English language skills are required, with other European languages being an advantage.
