BASF Stationary Energy Storage GmbH (BSES) operates as a fully-owned subsidiary of BASF SE, specializing in the distribution of NAS battery technology in collaboration with our esteemed partner, NGK Insulators Ltd.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

In this role, you will take charge of establishing and enhancing the After-Sales division for our NAS battery offerings.

  • You will cultivate a worldwide network of technical service affiliates to provide on-site maintenance for NAS systems, which includes managing contracts effectively.
  • Your responsibilities will also encompass the organization and coordination of spare parts logistics, alongside the creation of a dedicated service center. As the main liaison for customer inquiries, you will manage all facets of after-sales communication, including handling complaints and warranty issues.
  • Additionally, you will supervise the implementation and management of Long Term Service Agreements.
  • To facilitate the smooth execution of projects and maintenance requirements, you will deploy an after-sales management system for tracking and oversight.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or a related field, with a preference for electrical engineering.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in After Sales Management.
  • A solid technical background, with experience in the battery sector considered advantageous.
  • A collaborative team player with a focus on solutions and a customer-centric approach.
  • Proficiency in English is essential, and knowledge of additional European languages is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel internationally as required.
