Senior After Sales Manager

About the Role
BASF Stationary Energy Storage GmbH (BSES) is a leading provider of innovative energy storage solutions. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Senior After Sales Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a global network of technical service partners to deliver field maintenance for our NAS battery business.
- Establish and manage a spare parts management system, as well as a service center, to ensure efficient execution of projects and maintenance needs.
- Oversee and manage the execution of Long Term Service Agreements, handling all aspects of after-sales communication, including complaint management and warranty cases.
- Implement an after-sales management tool for tracking and monitoring projects and maintenance needs.
Requirements
- Bachelor or Master's degree in Engineering or a related field, preferably electrical engineering.
- At least 3 years of experience in After Sales Management, with a strong technical understanding and experience in the battery industry.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a customer-oriented mindset and ability to work in a team.
- Strong English language skills, with other European languages an advantage.
- Ability to travel worldwide.
