eTruck After Sales Project Manager

Job Overview:

We are seeking a committed professional to oversee our eTruck initiatives within the After Sales division. Key responsibilities include:

  • Acting as the primary liaison for customer and workshop documentation as well as specialized tools.
  • Collecting and assessing pertinent information, working in conjunction with development, service engineering, and legal teams.
  • Ensuring timely delivery of workshop documentation, specialized tools, and equipment.
  • Creating digital repair strategies and validating technical repair methods.
  • Collaborating closely with both development and After Sales teams.

Required Qualifications:

  • A degree in mechanical engineering, business management, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Experience in project management and knowledge of process/interface management along with technical vehicle knowledge.
  • Familiarity with development documentation and authoring tools.
  • Strong business insight, customer focus, and proficiency in MS Office, CAD, and English.
