About the Role:- Develop and establish a global network of technical service partners to deliver field maintenance for NAS batteries.
- Set up and coordinate spare parts management and establish a service center.
- Implement an after-sales management tool for tracking and monitoring projects and maintenance needs.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaint management, and warranty cases as the primary point of contact.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute a comprehensive after-sales strategy to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
- Network Development: Establish and maintain relationships with technical service partners to ensure seamless field maintenance and support.
- Spare Parts Management: Coordinate the procurement, storage, and distribution of spare parts to ensure timely delivery and minimize downtime.
- After-Sales Management: Implement and manage an after-sales management tool to track and monitor projects, maintenance needs, and customer inquiries.
- Bachelor or Master's degree in Engineering or a related field, preferably electrical engineering.
- At least 3 years of experience in After-Sales Management.
- Strong English language skills, with other European languages an advantage.
