Customer Service Team Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Lead to join our Customer Service team at Postcode Lotterie DT gGmbH. As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of approximately 15 customer service representatives and contributing to the overall success of our customer service operations.
Key Responsibilities- Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of customer service representatives to achieve exceptional customer satisfaction and service delivery.
- Customer Service Strategy: Collaborate with the customer service team to develop and implement customer service strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives.
- Customer Experience: Work closely with the customer service team to identify and implement opportunities to improve the customer experience and increase customer satisfaction.
- Performance Management: Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and development opportunities to team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve customer service processes and implement changes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with team members, customers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience in customer service leadership.
- Customer Service Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service leadership, with a proven track record of improving customer satisfaction and service delivery.
- Leadership Skills: Proven leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve exceptional results.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with team members, customers, and other stakeholders.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to improve customer service processes.
