Customer Service Representative

Position Overview:

As a key member of our service department, you will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction and smooth operations within our automotive service center.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for workshop customers, providing expert support and guidance.
  • Schedule workshop appointments and prepare repair orders efficiently.
  • Document vehicle and order information accurately.
  • Facilitate vehicle handovers to customers, addressing any inquiries regarding repair details.
  • Coordinate with the service team to ensure seamless operations.
  • Assist customers through phone and in-person interactions, offering advice and support.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing payments in accordance with established procedures.
  • Prepare invoicing documents, including statements for accidents and service contracts.
Qualifications:
  • A completed technical or commercial training, ideally in hospitality or customer service sectors.
  • A proactive attitude with a friendly and confident demeanor.
  • Strong customer focus and dedication to service excellence.

This position is part-time, offering flexible hours to accommodate your schedule.
