Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our 24/7 Travel Service team at alltours flugreisen gmbh. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, handling customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email, providing accurate and helpful information about our travel services
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Process and manage customer bookings, cancellations, and changes
  • Collaborate with our flight department and airline partners to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Communicate with travel agents and tour operators to resolve customer issues

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management software
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality, customer service, or related field preferred
