Listgrove Ltd is collaborating with Rapid Locking Systems, a prominent American producer and distributor of press-to-connect fittings tailored for the HVAC and refrigeration sectors. As they aim to penetrate the European market, they are in search of skilled sales professionals to facilitate this expansion.

Position Overview:

The primary focus of this role is to enhance sales within the designated territory to fulfill business targets. This encompasses identifying new business opportunities, crafting compelling proposals, and successfully converting prospects into loyal customers. Candidates with a background in selling plumbing or related materials to distributors are highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee territory budget, sales performance, and profit margins by promoting Rapid Locking System products to distribution channels.
  • Establish and nurture business relationships by identifying and seizing opportunities.
  • Engage in client prospecting and transform leads into viable business opportunities.
  • Identify and implement distribution strategies and campaigns to boost sales.
  • Collaborate with the Country Manager to develop a comprehensive territory business plan.
  • Maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities and deliver accurate sales forecasts.
  • Conduct market analysis and competitor assessments to drive sales growth.
  • Provide training sessions for potential customers on RLS product offerings.

Candidate Qualifications:

  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 5 years of sales experience.
  • Proven track record in the HVAC industry, particularly in air-conditioning and refrigeration.
  • Fluency in English and German; proficiency in French is advantageous.
  • Skilled in MS Office, ERP systems, and Customer Relationship Management tools.
  • Familiarity with relevant markets and regulatory frameworks.
