Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales of complex services and a strong understanding of customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively promote our services in occupational medicine, safety technology, and health management to new and existing clients.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with sales management, regional sales teams, and colleagues from health centers to drive sales growth and develop sales strategies.
  • Participate in business development initiatives, identifying new opportunities and expanding our client base.

Requirements:

  • Completed commercial training or equivalent degree.
  • Proven success in sales of complex services.
  • Strong business acumen and proficiency in cross-selling strategies.
  • Excellent consulting skills, initiative, and enthusiasm.
  • Understanding of customer needs and alignment with our service solutions.
