Sales Development Executive

Role Overview: As a Sales Development Executive, you will have the opportunity to promote innovative aquatic play solutions in a dynamic setting. Your primary focus will be on identifying new business prospects in Germany, fostering relationships with key decision-makers, and successfully closing distinctive projects alongside a diverse team of specialists.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the sales efforts for new projects involving Splashpads, Poolplay, Water Management Systems, and more.
- Serve as a technical advisor and sales consultant to clients.
- Assist clients in designing tailored water play solutions.
- Collaborate with the internal sales team to deliver precise and timely product proposals.
- Educate architects, landscape architects, aquatic designers, amusement park planners, and technical representatives about our innovative solutions.
- Establish and nurture relationships with municipal officials while navigating the intricacies of government procurement processes.
- Travel as necessary throughout the territory.
- Actively participate in team meetings and engage in one-on-one discussions with your Regional Sales Manager.
Qualifications and Skills:
- A Bachelor's degree is required.
- 3-5 years of experience in Field Sales.
- 2-5 years of experience in municipal, play, or recreation sectors.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time (day trips and occasional overnight stays).
- Proficient communication skills in both English and German.
- Self-motivated and committed to continuous learning.
- Professional and personable presentation skills, with a passion for consultative selling.
- Experience in managing complex sales processes.
