Role Overview:

As the inaugural Market Development Executive for the German region, you will play a crucial role in the organization, concentrating on expanding the customer base through new client acquisition and fostering growth among existing international clients in the local market. While direct deal closure is not part of this role, you will be integral to the initial phases of the sales cycle, establishing a solid foundation for future success.

You will represent the organization, overseeing the early stages of the sales process from opportunity identification to strategic engagement with key stakeholders. Reporting to the Sales Director in the UK, you will work closely with Project Managers in Germany to ensure a thorough understanding of project requirements and facilitate the opportunity development process.

This position offers autonomy, flexibility, and creativity, as you will be pioneering efforts in a previously uncharted region. The Market Development Executive will have the opportunity to make a significant impact in a relaxed, untargeted environment, with a focus on driving growth, enhancing conversion rates, and increasing brand visibility.

You will engage with a diverse range of potential clients, including manufacturing facilities, construction projects, original equipment manufacturers (OEMs), and engineering service providers.
