Position Overview:

We are in search of an experienced Team Lead for Enterprise Sales to guide and motivate our team within the DACH region. This role involves close collaboration with various departments and senior management, playing a pivotal part in propelling Speexx's expansion and revenue generation in a competitive landscape. The successful candidate will be a dynamic leader with a fervor for business development and a track record of scaling achievements in the HR Learning & Development sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and grow a team of Account Executives to achieve regional success in a fast-evolving market
  • Strategically assist in deal structuring to provide outstanding value to clients
  • Effectively implement the MEDDICC Sales methodology within the team
  • Formulate territory strategies for securing new accounts and broadening market presence
  • Develop comprehensive sales playbooks and offer sales enablement support
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to optimize sales funnel performance
