Position Overview:
We are in search of an experienced Team Lead for Enterprise Sales to guide and motivate our team within the DACH region. This role involves close collaboration with various departments and senior management, positioning the Team Lead as a pivotal figure in accelerating Speexx's growth and revenue amidst a competitive landscape. The ideal candidate will embody a collaborative leadership style, demonstrating a strong commitment to business development and achieving success in the HR Learning & Development sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Account Executives to achieve regional success in a fast-evolving market
- Strategically support the design of deals to provide outstanding value to clients
- Effectively implement the MEDDICC Sales methodology within the team
- Formulate territory strategies aimed at acquiring new clients and broadening market presence
- Create comprehensive sales playbooks and offer sales enablement resources
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to improve sales funnel efficiency
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated leadership experience in enterprise sales within the HR L&D sector
- Exceptional communication skills with a talent for building enduring partnerships
- Proven track record of innovation and commitment to organizational goals
- High emotional intelligence with a knack for fostering teamwork
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
