About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned Sales Team Lead to join our team in the DACH region. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base. You will work closely with our sales, marketing, and revenue operations teams to identify new business opportunities and develop effective sales plans to capture them.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of experienced account executives to achieve sales targets and drive regional success.
  • Provide strategic support to sales teams to design and deliver customized solutions that meet customer needs and drive business outcomes.
  • Foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement within the sales organization, ensuring that our sales teams are equipped with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in a rapidly changing market.
  • Develop and execute territory strategies to expand our customer base and drive revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance sales funnel performance and drive business results.
