Enterprise Sales Specialist

We are currently in search of a motivated Inside Sales Executive to enhance our growing Inside Sales division. The Senior Inside Sales Executive will focus on strategically identifying new business opportunities, increasing engagement within our current client base, and ensuring our customers derive maximum value from the NOW Platform. The ideal candidate will possess a proven history of generating new business leads, particularly through telephonic outreach in an Enterprise context. Collaboration with a diverse team of Sales Specialists, Solution Consultants, and Renewal Sales professionals will be essential to surpassing sales targets and nurturing the future of ServiceNow's sales expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to the Public Sector.
- Achieve or surpass Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual sales targets.
- Manage sales opportunities and foster business relationships via telephone with key decision-makers in Small, Mid-Market, and Commercial Accounts.
- Gain insights into organizational business drivers, challenges, and pain points, aligning ServiceNow solutions accordingly.
- Proactively prospect within targeted verticals to cultivate new business opportunities and pipeline.
- Adhere to the Value Selling sales methodology to secure new business, expand within existing accounts, and facilitate contract renewals.
- Work collaboratively with an extended team and coordinate necessary resources to advance the sales cycle, including Solution Consultants and Customer Service.
- Provide timely and precise information to management, including forecasting, territory plans, and strategic account plans.
- Focus on achieving daily, monthly, and quarterly KPIs such as new prospect meetings, pipeline generation, ACV bookings, and renewal rates.
- Mentor colleagues and engage in collaborative projects to enhance team value.
- Occasional travel for training and meetings may be necessary.
Qualifications:
- A proven track record in telesales, lead follow-up, cold calling, or new business sales.
- 1-3+ years of comprehensive sales cycle experience within a software or solution sales environment.
- Experience in selling enterprise-level solutions using telephone and video conferencing technologies.
- A solid understanding of the sales process with the ability to navigate complex sales cycles.
- Familiarity with sales force automation, enterprise resource planning, or IT infrastructure management technologies is advantageous.
- Strong presentation skills using web-based tools are a distinct advantage.
- Exceptional listening, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Proficient relationship-building skills, capable of establishing meaningful connections with ServiceNow customers, prospects, and internal teams.
- Dependable and persistent, particularly regarding attendance, deliverables, and deadlines.
- Fluency in German and English is required.
