**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Take ownership of analyzing and coordinating the development of global end-to-end Procure-To-Pay business processes and requirements in alignment with business representatives and IT experts.
  • Analyze regional/segment-specific business requirements and conduct local fit-gap analyses to ensure seamless integration with the global SAP S/4HANA system.
  • Drive the adaptation of end-to-end business processes, including process modeling, to achieve harmonization and standardization goals.
  • Develop process maps and models to illustrate adapted business processes and ensure a smooth transition.
  • Design and execute test cases, conduct functional end-to-end tests in the SAP S/4HANA system, and define the Cut-Over strategy with a focus on data migration and roles setup.
  • Contribute to the creation of training materials and support end-user training, as needed.

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
  • 2-6 years of relevant professional experience with reference in procurement.
  • In-depth understanding of end-to-end Procure-To-Pay business processes, including Supplier management, Purchase order processing, and Integration with procurement-related processes & systems.
  • Proven track record in handling complex projects within larger international companies and various stakeholders.
  • Experience with SAP R/3 (and ideally SAP S/4HANA) as well as relevant third-party business systems.
  • Relevant industry knowledge.
  • Excellent conceptual, results-oriented, and communication skills.
  • Ability to build networks and keenness to work in intercultural and interdisciplinary global teams.
  • Business fluent in English and German (must have).
  • Willingness to travel (up to 50-70%).
