About the Role

As a Customer Success Manager at TWAICE Technologies GmbH, you will play a crucial role in helping our customers accelerate their transition to E-Mobility and green energy. Our company invests in a dedicated Customer Success team that is responsible for the complete post-sales lifecycle of our customers. This team is committed to empowering customers, gaining maximum value from our products, and ensuring contract renewals and growth.

Your Daily Business
  • Manage ongoing relationships with our Development Solution customers, providing proactive support to ensure their success.
  • Lead engagements with our customers, managing complex projects from scoping to delivery of battery simulation models.
  • Act as the central point of communication for project status, progress towards milestones, and potential issues, risks, and opportunities.
  • Partner with Battery Engineers to anticipate and communicate potential issues, risks, and opportunities.
  • Work closely with various teams at TWAICE, including Sales, Solution Engineering, Engineering, and Product Management, to advocate for the customer.
  • Track account health and identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the Customer Success team to develop industry-leading processes and best practices for delivering success to customers.
  • Travel up to 20% for customer meetings, customer launches, or on-site support.
Your Profile
  • Significant experience in a customer-facing role in the field of e-mobility, such as Account Manager, Technical Sales Manager, Customer Success Manager, Technical Project Manager, or Technical Consultant.
  • Ideal experience in the battery world, with insights into topics like degradation/aging, battery simulation, testing, etc.
  • Strong empathy for customers and a passion for revenue and growth.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to drive business value for customers.
  • Analytically minded, innately curious, and with a proven ability to execute in a customer-focused environment.
  • Thoughtful communicator with clear and concise verbal and written skills in German and English.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects at a time.
  • Enthusiastic, proactive, positive-minded, customer-focused, and service-oriented, with a passion for exceptional user experience.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced startup environment.
