About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager SaaS to join our team in Germany. As a Sales Manager SaaS, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue expansion within the healthcare industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Unleash your hunting skills to forge strong relationships and win over future customers within the healthcare industry.
  • Cultivate long-lasting partnerships with existing and new healthcare clients, particularly those sending samples.
  • Proactively seek out potential customers within the healthcare industry, utilizing your persuasive prowess to initiate meaningful conversations about our products and services.
  • Identify and qualify leads to ensure a continuous flow of opportunities to keep our sales momentum strong.
  • Schedule and conduct captivating product demonstrations and presentations, showcasing the unique advantages of our SaaS applications to potential clients.
  • Collaborate closely with our marketing and product development teams to streamline the customer acquisition process and refine our offerings.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to existing customers, directly contributing to revenue growth.
  • Track and analyze sales metrics, including conversion rates, win/loss ratios, and revenue forecasts, to make strategic decisions that will elevate our performance.

Requirements

  • Proven sales experience and the chops as a Sales Representative, Sales Consultant, or Sales Manager.
  • Education in medical device, pharma, medicine, or related healthcare fields, combined with a passion for IT and software solutions.
  • Sales talent, impeccable rhetoric, and ability to maintain composure and a winning smile under pressure.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport, establish trust, and win over even the most skeptical individuals.
  • Self-motivation and a proactive, results-oriented mindset, always seeking opportunities to excel and contribute to our company's success.
  • A track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets and quotas.
  • Ability to travel within your target region (approximately 80% of the time) for on-site customer visits.
  • Native German speaker with a solid command of English.
