**Company Description**
Scalable Capital is a leading digital investment platform in Europe that makes investing easy and affordable for everyone. Clients of the Scalable Broker can trade 8,000 stocks, 2,500 ETFs, and 3,500 funds and other exchange traded products to build their portfolios, earn interest on their cash balance and take secured loans. Scalable Capital was founded in 2014 and is active in Germany, Austria, France, Italy, the Netherlands, Spain, and the UK. In addition to its business for private clients, the company operates B2B solutions. Its long-standing partners include ING, Barclays Bank in the UK, the robo-advisor Oskar, and the Santander Group in Spain. Scalable Capital employs more than 500 people at its offices in Munich, Berlin, and London. Together with the founding and management team around Erik Podzuweit and Florian Prucker, they strive to empower everyone to become an investor.

Our Client Success Team lead role will offer you the opportunity to lead and develop a team of talented and passionate Client Success managers of our German/Austrian brokerage business. Your main responsibility will be:
- Track team KPIs, set clear goals, and monitor progress using a data-driven approach
- Cultivate the team's culture and exemplify our values by serving as a role model
- Closely monitor client satisfaction and retention. Identify and execute strategies for incremental improvement
- Support the launch of new products and features. Actively contribute to your team's communication strategy
- Regularly meet with Operations and Product Teams to discuss new and existing processes and identify improvements
**Qualifications**
- You have at least 2 years of professional experience in a leadership position within customer service/client success and are familiar with the industry's KPIs
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration or Economics is a plus. A strong background in banking/FinTech is also highly valued
- You possess a customer-centric mindset and are committed to delivering exceptional service
- You are empathetic, enjoy working with people, and have a passion for knowledge sharing
- You are a continuous learner with a desire for self-development
- You can effectively communicate the company's overarching vision and objectives
- Fluency in English is required. German language skills are a great advantage
