Our cutting-edge software solution simplifies inspections, audits, and process management, so businesses can achieve compliance, enhance quality and safety, and streamline operations. We're continuing to expand, and we're currently on the hunt for a hands-on Team Lead for our Customer Success department.

Tasks
- Lead, mentor, and support the Customer Success team while actively engaging in day-to-day tasks, such as onboarding, problem-solving, and building relationships.
- Actively identify upsell opportunities, create and execute a rollout plan and work with the sales team to drive revenue growth.
- Develop and maintain a strong customer partnership, understanding their needs, goals, and objectives to drive adoption, retention, and advocacy.
- Onboard new clients by guiding them through the setup process and conducting training sessions to help them maximize the value of our platform.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (sales, product, support) to address customer needs and provide a seamless customer experience.
- Develop and execute customer success plans, including adoption, expansion, and renewal strategies, to drive customer satisfaction and growth.
- Collect and share customer feedback with the internal team to help improve the product and prioritize feature requests.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the Lumiform platform and stay updated with industry best practices and trends to serve our customers better.
**Requirements**:
**Must haves**:
- You are fluent in German and English - both written and verbal.
- 3+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a similar role.
- You are a problem-solver by heart and have a "Can-Do" attitude to work. You get things done.
- Proven experience in managing, mentoring, and developing a high-performing team.
- You have strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- You think critically and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated team player and eager to contribute to the company's growth.
- You are located in Berlin.
**Would be a plus**:
- Experience working in a startup environment, preferably SaaS, as Customer Success Manager.
