**YOUR MISSION**:
In the **Team Lead Customer Success EMEA** (f/m/d)* role at Parloa, you'll be the guiding force behind our Customer Success team in the EMEA region. Your mission is to lead with empathy, foster collaboration, and streamline processes. By managing your direct reports, offering navigation support for accounts, and ensuring operational efficiency, you'll play a crucial role in shaping our customer success approach.
**IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL**:
- **Empower Growth**: Coach our amazing Senior Customer Success Managers and support them in strategic account planning, facilitating revenue growth and personal development.
- **Nurture Talent**: Ensure the development and growth of your team members, fostering an environment for professional advancement.
- **Problem-Solving Partner**: Support Customer Success Managers in navigating customers' challenges, collaboratively finding effective solutions.
- **Operational Excellence**: Work with Customer Success Operations to establish processes and standards, contributing to operational excellence.
- **Seamless Collaboration**: Collaborate closely with our Implementation teams, promoting smooth service delivery.
- **Strategic Focus**: Hold a few strategic accounts of your own, infusing strategic vision into our customer success approach.
**WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE**:
- A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience with complex SaaS products, ideally conversational AI tools, showcasing a deep understanding of its functionalities.
- At least 3 years of experience in a formal or informal leadership role within Customer Success Management or Consulting, demonstrating a track record of effectively leading and guiding teams.
- A minimum of 3-5 years of direct experience working with Enterprise-level customers, navigating and addressing their complex needs with finesse.
- Proven experience with at least 3-5 years in roles requiring strong project management skills, managing and balancing competing demands in a dynamic environment.
- Fluency in both German and English is essential, with a demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and effectively in both languages.
