- The role

As Growth Partnerships Platform Operations Lead you will be part of a high performing team with the goal of shaping and optimizing our partnerships for sustained scalability and profitability. This multifaceted role will involve cross
- channel project management, intake and tracking, leading end-to-end launches for global partners, collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project delivery and implement strategies for testing and optimizing partnership channels

What you’ll do
- Partner with Central Partnership Team and Central Influencer Team to recommend ways to optimize and streamline our partnership processes, ranging from tool investment to optimizations of existing infrastructures
- Lead end-to-end launches for strategic global partners, managing technical integrations and ensure smooth coordination with cross-functional teams for successful launches
- Independently build, oversee and coordinate the roadmap of large GP Operations projects from concept to completion with X-channel, Brand & HelloTech, Marketing Analytics collecting campaign requirements, roadmap objectives and milestones, and reporting results
- Develop comprehensive work backwards documentation for key initiatives to guide problem-solving and project planning
- Assessing the financial impact of the planned initiatives by building business forecasts and plans.
- Overseeing launches of new tools/softwares to support the Affiliate, Influencer and Partnership teams onboarding funnel
- Leading execution of incrementality testing roadmap, including conducting and evaluating tests to measure the impact of various strategies on HF objectives.
- Executing growth partnership monetization projects including global partner rate cards and the implementation of diverse partner tracking models across Affiliates, Influencers, and Brand Partnerships.
- Creating deep-dive analysis and developing dashboard systems together with product data Tams for automated recommendations to optimize Growth Partnerships channels and other initiatives.

What you’ll bring
- Master degree in business, marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred
- 7+ years of relevant work experience. Preferred experience in fast growth company or management consulting. 3+ years experience managing partnerships channel (Affiliates) or directly working with DSP/DMP platforms
- Excellent command of English language - both written and verbal
- Practical experience in working with agile methodologies and as part of sprint-based high velocity teams
- Advanced excel skills, ability to build complex business plan models and run in-depth data analysis to solve problems. Practical experience in working as data marketing analyst will be big plus
- Ability to roll-up sleeves and dive into the details autonomously You are comfortable in navigating ambiguity, resolving prioritization conflicts, resourcing shortfalls, and timing issues, and driving alignment on hotly debated topics
