Alles, was Vertriebsmitarbeiter bisher offline gemacht haben, ist jetzt durch Flexperto auch online möglich: Kundentermine vereinbaren, Fragen per Videochat klären, Dokumente gemeinsam betrachten, Verträge unterschreiben oder per Whatsapp “Hallo” sagen.
Flexperto ist als Software-Startup in den letzten 3 Jahren sehr schnell gewachsen: Wir zählen mittlerweile unter anderem 10 der 20 größten deutschen Versicherungen (u.a. W&W, DEVK, Huk Coburg), über 20 Banken und DAX Unternehmen wie Daimler und die Deutsche Telekom zu unseren Kunden.
Um unsere Enterprise-Projekte weiter auszuweiten, suchen wir nach Talents, die Lust haben, sich B2B im Bereich Marketing und Sales bei uns auszutoben
Stellenbeschreibung
- Durchführung von Bedarfs
- und Potentialanalysen in unterschiedlichen Märkten (DACH)
- Begleitende Tätigkeit bei der Erschließung neuer Märkte
- Pitch des Produkts auf Augenhöhe mit Entscheidern, Inhabern und Geschäftsführern
- Qualifizierung und Terminierung von Kennenlern-Calls mit Key Accounts
- Erstellen
- und Nachfassen von Angeboten bis hin zum Vertragsabschluss
- Pflege kundenbezogener Daten in unserem CRM-System und Dokumentation der Fortschritte unserer Expansion
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Account Managern, CSO und CEO
Qualifikationen
- Kommunikativ und hast Freude am Beraten und Verkaufen sowie idealerweise erste Erfahrungen im telefonischen oder face-to-face B2B Vertrieb/Marketing (Quereinsteiger*innen willkommen)
- Sympathisch und hast eine aufrichtige Art, bist durchsetzungsstark und begeisterungsfähig
- ein Organisationstalent mit hoher Leistungsbereitschaft, verbindlich und zielorientiert
- Fließend in Deutsch und Englisch
- Versiert im Umgang mit technischen Tools
