**What we are looking for**:
We are an online yoga and meditation platform with offices based in Hamburg and Amsterdam, offering exclusive content in both English and German.
Formerly two companies: Yoga Easy (German) and Ekhart Yoga (International), we have recently merged into one and are now 50 employees. Ekhart Yoga is currently under the process of rebranding to Yoga Easy.

We are looking for a highly communicative and dedicated Customer Support Specialist (f/m/d) full-time for 40 hours per week for one year.

**You will**:

- Answer English-language customer inquiries in our two customer support tools - Helpdesk (Ekhart Yoga website) and Zendesk (Yoga Easy app) thoroughly and appropriately
- Answer German-language customer inquiries in Zendesk thoroughly and appropriately
- Process customer requests in our systems
- Help to ensure that our customers are happy with our product. You work closely with the support team and developers to identify technical errors and take over ticket management
- Work with our tools to understand the big picture, standardize workflows and act as the interface between our customers and the company
- Evaluate statistics, report current developments and obtain commitment to implement your suggestions for improvement

**What you bring to the table**:

- Completed vocational training and initial work experience in customer service
- You have a talent for communication, find the right words in every situation and act with empathy, patience and friendliness
- You work independently on new topics and enjoy sharing your knowledge in a team
- You are a team player with high social skills and your colleagues can rely on you
- You are fluent in both English and German
- Yoga knowledge in theory and practice is a big plus
