**Ihre Aufgaben**:
- Erfassung von Anfragen oder Störungen
- 1st und 2nd Level Support für Software-, Hardware
- und Netzwerkthemen mit Schwerpunkt User-Support vor Ort und Remote
- Planung und Unterstützung in Bezug auf die Ausstattung, Installation und Konfiguration von IT-Systemen
**Ihr Profil**:
- Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im IT-Bereich
- Erfahrungen in einem Helpdesk / Service Desk
- Fundierte IT-Kenntnisse im Client Umfeld (Windows 7-10, Microsoft Standard-Software, IT-Technik)
