**YOUR ROLE**:

- To strengthen our n-side Group we are looking for a Scientist (M/F/d) with the following key activities:
- Development of technical solutions based on specifications from internal and external customers
- Independent synthesis and purification of business-relevant chemicals within the scope of RnD projects and ideation processes, including the corresponding documentation and data analysis
- Identification and evaluation of potentially patentable technical solutions and active generation of new IP
- Literature research according to specifications
- Support process / equipment responsibilities in the laboratory in accordance with "Material R&D Responsibilities" as amended from time to time
- Assist and support with cleaning of glassware and general orderliness in the lab
- Technical supervision of the lab technicians / lab assistants

**YOUR PROFILE**:

- You have a master's degree in the field of organic chemistry.
- First professional experience with organic or organometallic synthesis is desirable.
- You possess a high degree of responsibility, reliability and integrity.
- You distinguish yourself as a team-oriented personality, work proactively, carefully and independently.
- In addition, you use MS-Office routinely and have a very good command of German and English (min. B2 level).
