We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Administrative Assistant to join our team and provide administrative support. This is a permanent part-time position with possibility of an immediate start.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

- Answering and directing incoming phone calls
- Attending to customer enquiries
- Data entry
- Filing
- Maintenance of company registers
- Supply ordering (stationery, staff uniforms, groceries, etc.)
- Archiving
- General office duties
- General housekeeping duties

Being the first point of contact for the Company, you will be well presented, friendly and eager to learn. To be successful in this role you will have:

- Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite)
- Strong communication skills (both written and oral)
- Excellent customer service skills
- Time management and organisational skills with strong attention to detail
- High level numeracy and literacy skills
- The ability to communicate effectively and follow both written and verbal instructions
- The ability to be flexible in managing multiple tasks simultaneously and to efficiently and accurately prioritise tasks.
- Excellent work ethic, punctuality and attendance.

**Salary**: 2,500.00€ - 3,200.00€ per month
