**Beschreibung der Rolle und Verantwortung**
Die Business Development Executive Position ist im Marketing & Business Development (MBD) Team aufgehangen und fokussiert sich auf die Konfliktlösungspraxis (Dispute Resolution) bei Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer. Sie erfordert ausgeprägte Team-, Kommunikations
- und Projektmanagementfähigkeiten, ein umfassendes wirtschaftliches Verständnis, sowie die Fähigkeit, Beziehungen zu internen Stakeholdern aufzubauen und mit eng anderen MBD-Teams zusammenzuarbeiten.
**Zuverlässig unterstützt Du unser Business Development Department insbesondere in folgenden Aufgabenfeldern**:
- Unterstützung des BD Senior Managers und BD Managers in Kontinentaleuropa bei der Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Marketing-, Geschäftsentwicklungs
- und Client Development-Aktivitäten und -projekten
- Unterstützung bei der Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Mandantenveranstaltungen sowie Seminaren/Konferenzen, einschließlich Logistik und Koordinierung der Abläuft am Tag der Veranstaltung
- Erstellung von Marketing und Business Development Unterlagen, so etwa Praxisprofile, CVs für Anwälte und Präsentationen
- Erstellung von Pitches und Request for Proposals (RfPs) und Koordination von internen Abstimmungsprozessen sowie die administrative Ablage
- Zusammenarbeit bei Jahresberichten (Directory Submissions) und Vorbereitung des Interviewprozesses
- Aktive Nutzung von internen Systemen und Implementierung von Prozessen zur Verwaltung von Mandaten und Client Relationships der Kanzlei für die CE DR-Praxis
- Aufbau eines Netzwerks innerhalb des globaler MBD und Anwalt-Teams
**Das ist Dein Profil**:
- Universitätsabschluss in Betriebs
- oder Volkswirtschaftslehre, Kommunikation oder Recht und mindestens ein Jahr Berufserfahrung in einem Professional Services Umfeld (idealerweise in einer Kanzlei, Beratung oder Big 4)
- Fähigkeit, in einem schnelllebigen Umfeld zu arbeiten, Prioritäten zu setzen und strenge, sich oft schnell ändernde Fristen einzuhalten
- Selbstständige und proaktive Arbeitsweise
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse (auf Muttersprachniveau)
- Vertrauter Umgang mit MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
- Hohe Lernbereitschaft und Interesse, sich in neue und komplexe Themen einzuarbeiten
- Detailgenauigkeit/ Auge für das Detail
- Fähigkeit im Team über Ländergrenzen hinweg zu arbeiten
