We are seeking a Senior Business Development Executive to lead our Contract Logistics growth in Europe.

This role is open to candidates with a strong background in business development, contract logistics, and sales. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the European contract logistics market and be able to build high-quality pipelines and achieve sales targets.

The successful candidate will be responsible for building new business relationships, increasing awareness of GEODIS Contract Logistics services, and leading tenders in various vertical markets.

The ideal candidate will have a Master's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field, and a minimum of 5-7 years of professional experience in business development. Fluency in English is required, with additional European languages being a plus.

  • Building new business relationships and developing existing ones to build up a CL pipeline for opportunities within Europe,
  • Increasing the awareness of potential customers about GEODIS CL services through various sales channels, external events, and networking initiatives,
  • Leading tenders in various vertical markets for CL opportunities within the region to assure high-quality bids fully aligned with the customers' needs,
  • Supporting various countries in delivering their business development targets and actively hunting for cross-selling opportunities,
  • Delivering personal sales targets to further push our growth in Contract Logistics.
